A chance to gain skills appreciated on the labor market. Registration for the CRC Program has started

Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, project management or leadership and communication - these are the topics of the free courses provided under the Corporate Readiness Certificate Program. Registration for the courses, which will begin in March, has just been launched.
The Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) program is a series of free training courses in Polish or English, conducted in-house or online by IT and business experts. They allow you to learn about the latest trends in management and technology and gain practical skills appreciated by employers.
Skills important to employers
The program is created by four technology companies: Accenture, EY, ING Hubs Poland and Kyndryl. Each year they offer a variety of training courses to help participants stand out in today's job market.
The 2025 offering includes as many as 44 streams on technical and interpersonal topics. Among them are courses on:
- cyber security
- artificial intelligence (AI)
- cloud computing
- data science
- front-end and UX/UI
- project management, Agile
- leadership and communication
Increased chances for an interesting job or internship
Successful completion of the course and fulfillment of the program requirements makes it possible to obtain a certificate valued by employers. This therefore allows you to increase your own market value and the chance for potential employment or an interesting internship.
For more than a decade, more than 22,000 people have enrolled in the CRC program. Last year alone, 5,000 trainees enrolled in training, more than 3,000 entrance exams were held and nearly 1,000 certificates were issued. Among the participants were many students from the Wroclaw University of Economics, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Wroclaw University and WSB Merito University, among others.
Registration for this year's edition of the program has already begun, and will last until February 3 this year. Meanwhile, entrance exams will be held in mid-February, and classes will be held from March to May 2025.
