About the event

The Saxony-Poland Innovation Day shows how companies can combine economic success with environmental responsibility through technology, sustainable business models, and skilled personnel. Inspiration, best practices, and networking opportunities make this event an important meeting place for SMEs from Saxony and Poland.

Whether it's recycling, energy efficiency, bioeconomy, materials processing, or digital solutions for resource management, these are the areas where new markets with enormous potential are emerging.

The recipe for success is the significant diversity of participants from both Poland and Saxony, as well as a focus on key research topics. Scientists present their new solutions and insights, companies discuss the opportunities and obstacles to implementing innovations, and transfer experts point to opportunities for cooperation by presenting the best examples of successful research projects. Support is also provided by representatives of the authorities and administration through presentations of the framework conditions and financing opportunities for joint ventures.

The Saxon-Polish Innovation Day provides an opportunity for discussion, exchange of experiences, and networking, which can result in successful scientific and business cooperation. The conference provides an opportunity to present the best examples of knowledge and technology transfer in both countries.

The conference is an annual joint venture between the Wrocław University of Technology, Technische Universiät Dresden, Wrocław Academic Center, Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen, and the Saxony Liaison Office in Wrocław.
