SHEIN - investing near Wrocław
Most of the new warehouses in 2024-2025 were commissioned in Kąty Wrocławskie and Magnice, where the largest number of investments are also under construction. This is where SHEIN, the e-commerce giant from Singapore, is investing, leasing huge warehouses and creating over 3,000 new jobs.
The Singapore-based company, which sells fashion products in its online store, describes its business involvement in the Wrocław area as strategic and announces further development.
Lower Silesia is an important warehouse and production hub in Europe
Analyses by JLL indicate that Poland and Lower Silesia are strengthening their position as a key warehouse and production hub in Europe, which naturally generates demand for advanced logistics services.
“Supply chain diversification strategies and a steady influx of foreign investment are creating a stable foundation for further growth. In this context, investments in modern logistics parks, such as Panattoni Wrocław Campus 2, are crucial.” experts say.
Wrocław among the largest warehouse markets in Poland in 2025
In 2025, there will be an investment boom in large warehouses in the Wrocław agglomeration. Lower Silesia ranks fourth in Poland in terms of available warehouse space, but this year it may overtake Central Poland, according to the latest report, “The Warehouse and Industrial Market in Poland” published by the consulting firm Newmark Polska.
Huge demand for large warehouses and logistics parks in Wrocław

Lower Silesian warehouses are primarily sought after by tenants from the e-commerce and logistics sectors. Panattoni, Hillwood, and GLP are building huge warehouses in the region. And that's not all, because other developers are already waiting in line with new investments. New investments mean a lot of new jobs.
