The Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) program is a series of free training courses in Polish or English, conducted in-person or online by IT and business experts. They allow you to learn about the latest trends in management and technologies and gain practical skills that are appreciated by employers. The program is implemented by Accenture, EY, ING Hubs Poland and Kyndryl, which have been offering young people a wide range of free training courses for 12 years.

Over 4,000 applicants, and a quarter of them from Wroclaw

This year, more than 4,200 people signed up for CRC classes. Nearly 25 percent of the participants enrolled in courses were students from Wroclaw universities, especially from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, the University of Wroclaw, WSB University Merito in Wroclaw, and the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

In terms of the number of students enrolled nationwide, the Wroclaw University of Economics took third place this year.

An opportunity to develop new skills and make valuable contacts

In order to participate in CRC courses, students must successfully pass an entrance exam. This year, 75% of students took the exam. Half of them passed and have been attending classes for a few weeks now.

These classes are not only held online. All four companies that co-create the program are now more and more willing to invite students to lectures and workshops in their offices in Łódź, Katowice or Wroclaw. Kyndryl's office is visited several times a week by students participating in Mainframe Academy classes. For course participants, it is a unique opportunity to gain new competences, but also a great chance to build their own network of new relationships and contacts.

Technical and soft skills

The 2025 program includes 44 streams on technical and interpersonal topics. Among others, there are courses on:

  • cybersecurity
  • artificial intelligence (AI)
  • cloud computing
  • data science
  • front-end and UX/UI
  • project management, agile
  • leadership and communication

Mandatory exam

Each course ends with a test. A positive test result allows you to obtain a certificate that is valued by employers.

Graduates of some Kyndryl courses also receive micro-certificates issued via the Badge+ application. This is a fundamental element of a pilot project run by the Educational Research Institute - National Research Institute, which operates under the supervision of the Minister of National Education.

Classes will last until May

Classes for this year's CRC program will end in May, and certificates, digital badges, and credentials will be distributed in early June. In the fall, the Kodilla programming school will organize a series of online workshops for students to complement this year's Corporate Readiness Certificate courses.
