The students from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology qualified for the Smart Moto Challenge competition with their LEM Bullet, i.e. Light Electric Motorcycle adapted to the needs of the uniformed services (such were the requirements of this year's competition). The vehicle weighs 70 kg. The vehicle's engine power is 6 kW, its maximum speed is about 120 km/h and it can reach a speed of 100 km/h in less than six seconds. It has an aluminium frame and shields that protect its construction and that the policeman can use in an emergency and protect himself from the hail of bullets, for example. With one battery, the LEM Bullet is capable of covering a distance of even 100 km. The vehicle is equipped with an app, thanks to which the officer on duty at the station can monitor in which part of the city the motorbike is located and which route it is taking. It can also send information to the police officer, for example, about the report of a burglary or any other need for intervention.

The circle of mobile vehicles and robots has been on the winning post in the Barcelona competition every year since 2013. The students from Wroclaw placed third in 2013 and 2015, as well as being the winner in 2014. Last year they also took part in the Moscow edition of this competition for the first time and placed sixth.
