The Wroclaw-based Selena Group acquires French company ACDIS France

The Wrocław-based Selena Group, a global leader in construction chemicals, is finalizing the acquisition of ACDIS France, a renowned distributor of construction materials. Thanks to this investment, the Selena Group is expanding its international presence. See what plans the Wrocław-based company has.

Under the agreement, the Selena Group intends to acquire 100% of the shares in ACDIS France, a French distribution company.

For 60 years, the company has specialized in supplying high-quality materials for the construction industry, especially sealants and adhesives for the carpentry and refrigeration sectors, sold mainly under the ACO brand. The distribution of products offered by ACDIS France is mainly carried out through the company's sales representatives.

ACDIS France is headquartered in Toulon, in the south of France. The transaction is expected to be finalized in January 2026.
