How to lead a project from idea to scaling, how to effectively organize the work of a team in the area of product or service development, as well as what are the characteristics of generations in the modern labor market - all this will be learned by the participants of the fourth edition of the Management 360° conference, which will be held on September 20-22 this year at the Double Tree by Hilton OVO Wroclaw hotel.

Among the topics covered will be dealing with customers, planning research in the software development process and having difficult conversations with employees. Special networking is also on the agenda.

One of the largest industry events in the country

The Management 360° Conference is one of the largest industry events in Poland. Its organizer is PMI PC Wroclaw Branch. Project Management Institute (PMI) is an international non-profit organization of project management experts and enthusiasts.

Previous editions of this event have attracted more than 1,400 participants.

The honorary patronage of the Management 360° conference was assumed by the mayor of Wroclaw, Jacek Sutryk.
