The problem with parking places in the centre of Wrocław is becoming more and more serious, and there is not enough room to park cars in residential estates, too, which is why private investors are beginning to make them available. Part of the underground car park at the new development Angel River will be allocated especially for guests. As far as Polish apartment buildings are concerned, this is a novelty. A private investor has decided to allocate part of parking space at its development especially for people who aren't the apartment building's tenants or for the tenants' guests The need is growing Wrocław is missing parking places, particularly in the area of the Old Town and its vicinity, while the need for parking space is growing. The problem is becoming more and more serious also in residential estates, where in the afternoon or evening it is very difficult to find a free parking place. The company expects that the solution applied at Angel River will be popular. The car park for guests will be located on level -1 of the Angel River apartment building. The plan involves creating a zone for about 30 parking places. This part of the garage will be separated from the tenants' zone with barriers. The car park will operate in a manner similar to that of shopping centres' parking facilities. When driving into the garage, drivers will receive a parking slip.  Before leaving the zone, they will be charged for parking at a parking meter, and return the slip at the barrier. It will be possible to exit the separated guests' zone through a specially marked staircase and go to the reception.

Access to the other parts of the building will be limited. The building is being developed in Wrocław, Walońska street, right by the river Oława, which is currently one of Wrocław's best locations for new developments.
