Offices in Wroclaw, new investments, vacancy and rent - that is, everything related to the office market was taken under the microscope of experts from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK). The first quarter of 2022 was analyzed and Wroclaw is the third office market in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow. The report uses data from the largest consulting companies operating in the commercial real estate market.
