Wrocław boasts of the best business services centre in Poland

 The 3M Wrocław Shared Services Centre has existed for less than four years and has been consistently building its position as one of the leading shared services centres in Poland and Europe, and thus - one of the best employers in Lower Silesia. This is evidenced by the growing number of awards that the centre has received. In Łódź during the Outsourcing Stars Gala 3M GSC Poland was named the "Best and Fastest Developing Business Services Centre in Poland", and exactly one week later - in Warsaw - it received the title of the winner in the "Best Business Services Firm" category in the prestigious CEE Business Services Awards plebiscite. ­ - We are very pleased that once again we have been awarded and found ourselves among such excellent companies - said Rafał Olejniczak, General Manager of 3M Global Service Centre EMEA in Wrocław. - From the very beginning our goal has been to create a place where people would like to work and develop. After these few years, I think that we have succeeded. Our advantage is the organizational culture, which puts people and their need for continuous development at the forefront. We are inspired by each other, at many levels. We want the actions and necessary improvements to come from many directions, because we know that committed employees who can influence the company's activities are the key to its development. At our centre we are constantly working on process improvements and solutions are often implemented on a global scale. The work we do is also recognised and appreciated at the highest possible level. Recently we had the opportunity to share our 3M experiences during the 20^th OPEX Week: Business Transformation summit in Orlando. This was a great honour for us, especially as we had the opportunity to take an active part in the creation of the conference: Eric Hammes (Senior Vice President) and Judith Garcia Galiana (Vice President) as the main speaker and panellist, as well as me as a member of the programme board and workshop moderator - added Rafał Olejniczak. Outsourcing Stars is the only non-commercial competition in Poland for the Modern Business Services sector. It aims, using a hard data-based algorithm, to select and reward the most dynamically developing business environment organisations, shared services centres and cities in Poland. The CEE Business Services Awards are an award for contributing to the development of the business services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. The winners are selected by an independent jury composed of persons who have served the industry.
