Wroclaw first in the ranking

In carried out by “Wspólnota” Local Government Journal ranking, Wroclaw improved its last year position (3^rd) and became a leader.

It is the fourth edition of “Sukces kadencji” ranking created by prof. Paweł Stankiweicz, advisor to the President and Ph.D. Julita Łukomska.

Ranking took into account partial indicators regarding: financial, economic, infrastructure and educational success.
