Wroclaw Goes to Cannes to Attract Investors: MIPIM 2026
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, the International Property and Investment Fair 2026 began in Cannes. The capital of Lower Silesia is also presenting its investment potential there. It is an opportunity to showcase the city’s strengths in an international setting and hold direct talks with partners who truly shape the real estate market. Among the projects Wrocław intends to highlight are offers from companies operating in the region.
The International Property and Investment Fair in Cannes is a leading global event in the real estate and investment sector, bringing together the most important players in the property market each year — developers, investors, urban planners, and industry leaders from around the world.

Architects, advisory and consulting firms, as well as investment funds also attend the event. The program includes presentations on market trends, workshops, and unique networking opportunities. It also features four days of lectures and conferences focused on the investment market.
An Opportunity to Attract Investors to the City
In last year’s edition, more than 20,000 delegates from 90 countries participated, while over 2,300 companies showcased their offers across more than 300 exhibition stands. Cities and regions also present their investment opportunities there. This year, the capital of Lower Silesia is once again among them.
Wrocław has been building its reputation for years as one of the most attractive investment destinations in Central Europe. MIPIM is a unique opportunity for us to present the city’s potential to an international audience and conduct direct discussions with partners who truly shape the real estate market. Our offer is strong and diverse — from residential and office projects to modern business and technology spaces.
Michał Młyńczak, Deputy Mayor of Wrocław

Making Wrocław Memorable
According to Mateusz Jarzombek, Director of the Business Support Center at the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW), at MIPIM the capital of Lower Silesia promotes not only the region’s economic potential but also specific projects and initiatives carried out by ARAW that support the development of new investments.
We want visitors to our stand to remember Wrocław for a long time and return to us with their business plans.
Mateusz Jarzombek
During this important event, partners also present their offers at the Wrocław stand:
Archicom – one of the largest and longest-operating residential developers in Poland, which since 2021 has been part of the Echo Group, the largest development group in Poland.
ALSTAL – an experienced general contractor delivering comprehensive construction investments across Poland, ensuring full control over every stage of the project — from investment preparation, through the construction process, to commissioning the facility and providing warranty services.

Lower Silesian Companies Have a Lot to Showcase
According to Radosław Bodnar, Commercial Director at ALSTAL Group, MIPIM is an event that genuinely influences the shaping of investment relations in Europe and around the world.
For ALSTAL, it is a space to hold discussions with partners who are looking for an experienced and reliable general contractor capable of delivering large and complex projects in Poland. We see growing interest in our market and want to actively participate in this process.
