The Cannes International Real Estate and Investment Fair is a four-day event that is the most prestigious trade fair of the industry in the world. They allow participants to present their offerings to a wide audience. It is a unique place for business meetings, networking and exchange of experiences, attended by representatives of cities, investors, developers, financial institutions, consulting companies, as well as real estate market leaders. This is where you can learn about trends and the industry's most current offers for the current year. The plan for this year's fair includes many panels and discussions, including with the participation of representatives of Wroclaw.

The city will present its investment areas

The presence of the capital of Lower Silesia at the Cannes fair is already a tradition. As every year, representatives of the city present there an offer of real estate intended for major investments. Among the promoted properties this time are the areas at Architektow, Przedmiejska, Goralska, Jerzmanowska, Ksiecia Witolda and Dworcowa streets. Attracting investors to the capital of Lower Silesia is a great opportunity for the creation of many quality jobs.

This year, the city has combined its business goals with an economic mission of innovative companies. The Wroclaw delegation was joined by representatives of Atlas Ward Poland- a general contractor of many industrial and logistics facilities, Echo Investment, which is currently implementing the Swobodna SPOT project in Wroclaw, and Randstad Poland. Wroclaw has been dynamically strengthening its position on the business map of Europe for many years. This is confirmed by its high places in many rankings, including the "European Cities and Regions of the Future 2024" prepared by the fDi Intelligence company, which is part of The Financial Times group. This prestigious compilation evaluates European cities and regions in terms of their economic, financial and business potential.

This year, an important event of the Cannes International Real Estate and Investment Fair will be the official presentation of the fDi Magazine awards. It's a particularly important moment for Wroclaw, because in this year's list it won first place in the category of medium-sized cities, but also as the most business-friendly location and the city with the greatest human potential and as the best place to live.

More than 22,000 participants

Last year's Cannes International Real Estate and Investment Fair attracted 22,500 attendees, including more than 6,500 investors. The 300 booths at 2023 showcased key European cities and organizations from more than 90 countries. This year, organizers expect just as much interest in this industry's largest event. The fair will run from March 12 to 15, 2024.
