In the ranking of European Cities & Regions of the Future 2025, compiled by fDi Intelligence - an opinion-forming magazine belonging to the British daily newspaper “The Financial Times” - Wroclaw not only took first place in the category of medium-sized European cities, but also became the leader in terms of business friendliness and human capital, as well as the best place to live. It was also ranked second among cities with the greatest economic potential.

A great success for the capital of Lower Silesia

Several hundred cities were evaluated, divided into five categories according to their population, as well as over a hundred small, large and medium-sized European regions. They were also evaluated in five subcategories: economic potential, business friendliness, connectivity, human capital and best place to live, and return on investment.

The capital of Lower Silesia won in the category of medium-sized cities (200,000 to 750,000 inhabitants according to official national statistics), but also took first place as the most business-friendly location, as well as the place with the greatest human potential and the best place to live. The second place in the subcategory of economic potential is also a huge success.

City receives awards

These real trophies were received by a representative of Wroclaw during the International Real Estate Trade Fair MIPIM in Cannes.
