The Cannes International Real Estate and Investment Fair is a four-day event that is the world's most prestigious trade fair for the industry. It allows participants to present their offerings to a wide audience, meet with key international stakeholders and attract investors. It is a unique exhibition and networking platform. It is where the most influential players from all sectors of the international real estate industry meet.

The Cannes Fair is the biggest real estate event of the year and an excellent opportunity to showcase the investment potentials of the entire agglomeration. This year we are combining the city's business objectives with a business mission for innovative companies, financed by European funds. Our delegation will be joined by representatives of SMEs offering modern solutions for the construction industry, for example.

Prestigious award for Wroclaw

The Cannes fair will also showcase the offer of the Real Estate Acquisition and Sale Department of the Wroclaw City Hall.

The presence of the Wroclaw brand at the Cannes fair is already a tradition. We have been presenting our investment offer for years, attracting new investors offering quality jobs. The official presentation of fDi Magazine awards during the event will also be an important event. Wroclaw has once again proven to be the most business-friendly in Europe in the category of medium-sized cities. This is a huge success and a confirmation of its reputation among investors.

Promotion of investment areas

Together with ARAW, representatives of the Wroclaw branch of the Industrial Development Agency and EURO-PARK Zabkowice will also travel to the Cannes International Real Estate and Investment Fair. ARP has been supporting Poland's economic development for years, among other things, through the creation of industrial parks of special importance to the economy, while EURO-PARK Zabkowice is a company that aims to stimulate industrial development in the Zabkowice Slaskie region.

EURO-PARK Zabkowice is the next stage in the development and expansion of the investment offer of the Lower Silesian region. At MIPIM, we want to encourage investment near the Wroclaw Agglomeration, which has so far been a popular choice for foreign investors. The indicated areas, thanks to the planned development of infrastructure, will affect the economic revival in the region.

Slawomir Jonko, president of EURO-PARK Zabkowice

For the company, participation in the fair is primarily a promotion of the investment areas it manages or cooperates in preparing for the needs of investors in Lower Silesia (Kobierzyce, Miekinia/Sroda Slaska and Lubin), as well as a chance to attract foreign investors to these areas. At the same time, it is a great opportunity to identify contemporary market needs, learn about new trends in the industry and network intensively.

Significant support in attracting investors to the city

Skanska Property Poland will also present its offer at the Cannes fair in conjunction with ARAW, and will show there primarily Wroclaw's Centrum Poludnie. This is a multi-phase development that will ultimately offer 85,000 sqm of modern office and service space. It is therefore an important support for the city in the process of attracting investors.

Wroclaw is one of Poland's major business centers, where demand for offices is consistently high. Companies, both local and international, see in the capital of Lower Silesia an important added value for their development, which can be seen not only by the scale of demand for office space, but also by looking at recent rankings, in which Wroclaw ranks among the top business-friendly cities. ESG-related criteria are now becoming a priority within the ongoing strategies of companies across Poland, which we can also see in the tenants of Wroclaw's Centrum Poludnie. Skanska's investments and the solutions designed in them are a definite answer to the needs of investors and tenants in this regard.
