Wrocław's XTPL among Top World Start-ups

The Wrocław based company XTPL was the only business from Poland to present its technology at the Inpho Venture Summit in Bordeaux. 23 of the most promising technology companies from different parts of the world attended the meeting.
International investors, business partners and 23 of the most promising technology companies from different parts of the world is what sums up this year's edition of Inpho Venture Summit, where the Wrocław based XTPL company presented the results of its research into new materials technologies.
- Our solution contributes to increasing the efficiency of solar cells and displays. We have developed a new way of scalable printing of ultra-thin, a hundred times thinner than a human hair, metallic wires that conduct electricity while being flexible - explains Filip Granek PhD, Eng. XTPL SA founder and president.
Inpho Venture Summit is one of the most important business events on the new technologies market. Every year, the summit attracts businesspeople seeking promising investments in the fields of photonics and innovative technologies. This year's edition of Inpho Venture Summit was held on October 6-7.
– Our participation in Inpho Venture Summit is a big distinction thanks to which we could once gain talk about XTPL technology in the international arena. XTPL was included in the narrow group of 23 companies from different parts of the world and technologies considered to be most interesting and promising. Our participation in the event translated into many benefits, as the Bordeaux summit, apart from competing for the investors' attention, was also a perfect opportunity to establish new contacts within the line of business - explains Filip Granek, adding that the meeting also involved talks of representatives of tycoons including: Samsung Ventures, Ciena, Total Ventures, EDF, Schneider, PSA Group, Legrand and European Investment Fund.
