The company Verso Nieruchomości has acted as an intermediary in the transaction consisting in the lease of warehousing space concluded between sprintBOX sp. z o. o. and Goodman Wroclaw IV LC. The facility is located in Kwiatkowskiego street in Wrocław (the park has a status of a Special Economic Zone). The lessee has taken over a total of 10,000 sq m of warehousing space. SprintBOX is a logistics company specialising in the services of storage and cleaning of multiple-use containers. Wrocław has become home to its third European branch, and first in Poland - opened in 2016, following Ulm-Langenau and Nuremberg. The capacity of the system applied in Wrocław makes it possible to clean approximately 50,000 small size containers per day. The opening of the company's new unit meant an investment of 2.5 million EUR altogether in new cleaning machines, a transport system, it and other infrastructure. "Our Wrocław unit will provide services to clients hailing from sectors such as automatics or general industry support who we already cooperate with in Germany" - said Heiko Raab, Managing Director at sprintBox GMBH. Goodman is a leading global logistics and industrial developer. It has four logistics parks in Wrocław, with facilities with a total floor area amounting to about a quarter million sq m, where warehousing space and industrial sheds are being leased by companies well-known in Wrocław, including Amazon, Whirlpool and Gestamp. - “After an analysis that took many months and numerous meetings, sprintBox decided to cooperate with Goodman, a company located in direct vicinity of one of its key clients, namely WABCO” - explains Michał Kondas, Director of the Centre for Commercial Property at Verso Nieruchomości, which acted as an intermediary in the transaction process.
