Madrid and Kiev are among the new destinations in Wrocław airport's winter flight timetable. There are also more links to Frankfurt and flights to Malta, available in winter, too. The new timetable becomes operational as soon as on October 30. Four new links have been introduced by Ryanair. These are chiefly UK destinations - Manchester, Newcastle and Belfast, but also the main airport in Madrid. Travellers from Wrocław have been waiting for the latter for a few years. The fifth new airport is Kiev, with Wizz Air airline operating the flights. Additionally, Malta for the first time remains in the winter timetable. From October 30, passengers of Wrocław's airport will have a choice of a total of 28 budget links, including 7 southward, 14 to the British Isles, two Scandinavian (Oslo Torp and Stockholm Skavsta), plus single links to France (Paris Beauvais), Germany (Dortmund) and the Netherlands (Eindhoven), as well as the Eastern European link to the capital of Ukraine.  The network is complemented by cheap flights to Warsaw, operated by Ryanair. Two air carriers and 9 flights every day to Chopin airport Passengers flying from Wrocław to Warsaw's Chopin airport now have a choice of two airlines. Besides PLL LOT, the cheap airline Ryanair has been flying to the capital city's main airport since October 4 2016. More frequent flights to Frankfurt Passengers of Wrocław airport have at their disposal four international network links - to Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf and Copenhagen.
