Wrocław has been chosen the most attractive place to work for specialists and managers. 39% of the people polled by the recruitment company Antal will gladly relocated to the capital of Lower Silesia, while 36% have chosen Tri-City. A record number of Poles are now considering relocating abroad. According to the survey entitled "Activity of Specialists and Managers on the Labour Market" published by Antal in January, employees would be most keen to accept a job offer in Wrocław (39%), Tri-City (36%) and Warsaw (31%). The runners-up included Cracow (29%) and Poznań (28%). The next city on the list, Katowice, won 11% of the votes. Specialists and managers are becoming increasingly open to the idea of relocation for professional purposes. Relocation for professional purposes Relocation for professional purposes is less and less frequently a real need, instead resulting from an interesting proposal. Location is one of the key elements when making the decision. - The mobile labour market is becoming stronger in Poland. It is happening partly due to choices of younger generations of specialists and managers, whose representatives are less attached to structures or place of employment and open to more frequent changes, also in terms of location.  Aware of their professional goals, employees are more and more often driven by the attractiveness of the very nature of the work than willingness to put down roots in one place - explains Joanna Kucza, Marketing and PR Manager at Antal. Little interest in work abroad According to the report entitled "Income-Driven Migration of Poles" developed by the Work Service group, at the end of 2016 11.9% of active or potential participants in the domestic labour market were considering leaving the country. It is the lowest number since the survey came into being, i.e. September 2014. Source: http://www.wroclaw.pl
