i2 Development Provides Summary of Flat Sales in 2015

i2 Development, residential and commercial real estate developer operating in the capital of Lower Silesia, has summarised the results of its flats sales in 2015. The company has been uninterruptedly complementing their offer by adding new projects in attractive locations to make it more varied and suited to customers' needs. Overall, i2 Development saw a 60% increase in its sales as against 2014, which makes the previous year a record one for the company. In 2016, the company plans further investments and declares to enter the stock market and issue its shares publicly.

In 2015, the company sold 420 flats of the range where each month there were only 355 flats on average. Last year, 60% more flats found their buyers than in 2014. The developer announces that the amount of land it owns will make it possible to deliver a few new development projects, meaning a more attractive and substantially wider range of flats on offer, which will be reflected by the sales figures.

In 2016, apart from going on with the already started investments and introducing new projects to the offering, the developer intends to increase the volume of land which it owns. Moreover, the plans involve commercialisation of another three office buildings. The company also expects to issue shares publicly and become listed on the stock exchange in the first half of this year.
